Co-founder & CTO, Cloud Products
Johan started to work with Java in 1995, and was a core developer of the team responsible for porting Java to Linux, where today this functionality is just taken for granted – of course Java runs on Linux! Johan is the lead author of Pro JavaFX 8, and is very active in the open source community. He is the founder and driving force behind JavaFXPorts, which forms the bottom layer of Gluon Mobile, where he coordinates the ports of JavaFX to mobile platforms. Johan has been working on end-to-end Java projects, combining the world of small (mobile and embedded) with the enterprise world. Johan is a Java Champion, JavaOne Rockstar, and a frequent speaker at Java Conferences (including JavaOne and Devoxx).
Co-founder & CTO, Client Products
Eugene is a software architect with extensive experience in Java and Scala programming. He has worked on numerous software projects since graduating from Kaunas Technology University in 1990. Eugene is a big proponent of the importance of UX/UI design, with many years of experience in this area, which he brings to Gluon to drive Gluon Mobile. Outside of his work commitments, Eugene works on multiple open source projects, one of which is ControlsFX, which is the de-facto JavaFX custom control library.

In addition to this, Joeri drives much of the development of the Gluon Mobile tooling.
