Open Source Commercial Support


We offer commercial support for open source projects for which we are intimately familiar. This is almost always because we are the founders of, or have heavily contributed to, these projects. Because of this, we feel uniquely positioned to offer professional support that can rapidly lead to improvements that can benefit your project. We offer two options:

  • Hourly consulting services, where we work closely with you to understand and resolve your issue. These fixes are subsequently contributed back into the open source project for the benefit of everyone. Because of this, we offer this service at a reduced rate.
  • Support contracts, as shown in the table below, where we work with the community to improve the open source projects. Depending on the tier you join, there are varying ways in which you can influence the direction of these projects.
